Description. For an HDCVI camera, you can use the coaxial cable to control the OSD menu. All the menu paths in this chapter are for reference only, there is slight difference between different menus, please refer to the actual interface for more details. There are mainly 10 kinds of camera menu, please select according to the actual product.
I have installed many Dahua systems with different NVR:s. GDMSS Android app playback does not seem to work with. NVR4116 or NVR4108. It just says "failed to connect". I have tried this in local network and also behind router with ports forwarded. Anything else works fine. Dealer advised me to get non-free Gdmss plus, but it has the same problem.

4. TV is Incompatible with the Display Output. Your TV might be incompatible with the recorder’s display resolution, resulting in a black screen. After logging in, go to the menu option called Display. On that screen you will see an option for Resolution. Set the resolution, eg 1920x1080, click OK and log out. Then go to your NVR and log into it and you should now see your screen. (My instructions assume your NVR have the version 4.0 GUI.) Thanks it worked.
